Join the Norwegian Pavilion at ADIPEC 2026

Innovation Norway is again present with a national pavilion at ADIPEC (3-6 November 2025) supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Norwegian Energy Partners.

Placed in the middle of the fairground in hall 8/9 as in previous years, the pavilion is a prominent stage to promote your company, technology, and services. The Norway brand is associated with pioneering sustainable ocean technology, and customers actively seek the Norway pavilion in search of new innovative solutions.

We provide a high-quality turn-key stand. You will have your own booth according to approved square meters confirmed from Innovation Norway. Instead of organizing the booth, you can focus on market activities.

The estimated price will be +/- NOK 20 000 per sqm. A mandatory marketing & Insurance fee of USD 1500 will be added. We don’t offer space only solutions. Meaning you are free to use your own constructors/stand-builders, but the same price applies. Norwegian Promotion Group (NPG) is the appointed standbuilder for 2026.

If you do not require your individual stand space we can offer small work-stations with logo, graphic display and mounted screen as part of a shared company space for a fixed price of 150 000 NOK. Just register with "Work Station" in Sqm required in the sign-up form. Limited Availability.

Stand space/Building/construction/mantling/dismantling
Walls, furniture, lighting, power, carpet, logo
Exhibitor passes, catalogue/web entry, exhibitor marketing kit, compulsory booth insurance
Storage for exhibitors
High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
Daily cleaning of all stands
Basic furniture according to stand size
Exhibitors Lounge with lunch/food service during the entire exhibition
Meeting Room (pre-booking option and/or based on availability)
Additional equipment or individual decorations/building of the booth must be covered by each participating company (graphic display included in Work Station option)
Complemetary tickets for networking event based on sqm assigned
>10 sqm: 1 ticket
10-20 sqm: 2 tickets
20-30 sqm: 3 tickets
Allocation of stand space
We look forward to hearing from you and hosting your participation. There is a limited total space available, and we cannot guarantee availability, requested amount of sqm stand space or indeed the same location as previous years because of high demand. We will of course do our best to accommodate your stand application.
